Switch between Day and Week at the top. Day gives you a grid of time blocks; Week gives you seven columns, Monday to Sunday.

Shape your day grid
In Day view, set the Start and End hours and choose a block length of 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours to match how you like to plan.

Fill in your tasks
Type a task into any time block or week column, then flip its toggle to mark it done. Your plan saves automatically as you go.

Start fresh when you need to
Press Clear all and confirm to wipe both the day and the week back to empty for a clean slate.

Frequently asked questions
- Where is my plan stored?
- Only on this device, in your browser’s localStorage. Nothing is uploaded to a server, so your schedule stays entirely private to you.
- Does it sync across my devices?
- No. Because the plan lives in this browser on this device, it will not appear on your phone, another computer, or a different browser. Each one keeps its own separate plan.
- Will my plan survive a page refresh?
- Yes. Your day, week, and chosen view are reloaded automatically every time you reopen the page. It sticks around until something clears it.
- What clears my saved plan?
- Pressing Clear all (after the confirm) wipes it, and so does clearing your browser’s site data or history for this site. Private or incognito windows also forget everything once you close them.
- Do I need an account or sign-up?
- Never. There is no login, no email, and no setup — just open the page and start planning.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. The planner is fully responsive and runs in any modern mobile or desktop browser, with no app to install.
